I was nervous and self conscious when I entered the shop but my personal stylist Kirstie but me completely at ease and after many outfit changes we found my perfect MOB dress.

My daughter and I visited Snooty Frox earlier this week to find a Mother of the Bride outfit for her wedding in September, and from the moment we walked through the door, the experience was absolutely wonderful.

We were greeted by Cassie, who was warm, bright, bubbly and exactly what we needed. She made us feel instantly relaxed and welcome. Her enthusiasm, kindness and genuine care completely shaped the whole experience for us.

Cassie certainly had a challenge on her hands! My daughter and I were both hoping for something extraordinary, but coming at it from very different perspectives. I wanted something calm, sophisticated and tailored, while my daughter was looking for something exciting, bold and fabulous. Somehow, Cassie listened carefully to us both and guided us through the process beautifully, balancing our different ideas with such patience, warmth and confidence.

Thanks to her, we came away with an outfit from head to toe that we both absolutely adore. More importantly, what could so easily have been a stressful experience for a mother and daughter became one of our loveliest memories together.

What a fabulous experience we had at the Snooty Frox this week. So many friends had recommended me to visit. Cassie was my stylist and she was brilliant from start to finish. Calm, patient and attentive - I came away with a perfect dress, shoes, hat and accessories for my son’s wedding in October….none of which I would have picked off the shelf for myself.
